The reply confirmation copy (wording) that informs them that you received their application.
Your web site “Thank you for applying” page and its URL for the prospect to be directed back to your site

after submitting their application (only if you choose to direct them back to your web site)

A designated contact person to set up your new application look, (the person you want to handle this online
process) theme and any custom application needs. (Two complete application templates are provided)
Your logo to be placed on the application
Specific business colors or business theme for application
Your legal company name / address /phone / email / website
Your business’s name
Your individual job positions for the application (if you choose the template that lists them out)
Your States equal opportunity language for application (Use Google or local employment office to research,

each State is different)

The email address of the place or person in charge of your recruiting, where you want applications and
